So, far, this may be the most intelligent approach to playing the lottery, and he makes a lot of sense. Basically, he advises people to wait until the lottery gets to $100 million before playing, and just as important, team up into groups so you can buy more tickets. Once you get your groups together, he’ll generate lottery numbers from past numbers using a special lottery wheeling software.
